DEAD-LIFT TECHNIQUE:
✔ ABS FLAT
✔ BACK FLEXED AND TIGHT
✔ BAR CLOSE TO THE BODY
✔ ARMS STRAIGHT

THIS EXRCISE WILL PUT SLABS OF MUSCLE ON YOUR BODY FROM HEAD TO TOE – MUSCLE:
GRIPS, HAMS, GLUTES INTER-BACK.

DEADLIFTS CAN BE PERFORMED BY ANYBODY AND ARE SAFE FOR EVERYBODY; HOWEVER, ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT ONE HAS GOOD FORM, ONE IS FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO PERFORM THIS GREAT “HIP EXTENSION” EXERCISE PROPERLY TO WORK THE UPPER BACK, TRAPEZIUS AND LOWER BACK.

IF ONE DOES NOT HAVE GOOD EXERCISE FORM, IT IS BECAUSE ONE’S ACTIVITIES CAUSE DISPOSITIONS THAT PRODUCE POOR POSTURAL HABITS, A FORWARD HEAD/ NECK WITH A ROUNDED BACK OR BAD HABITS IN GENERAL.
